I want you to also get involved in here and, make sure that we're moving forward. We're not just staying still, and there is no, nothing is blocking us from moving fast. Facundo, [12:52:27] Diego Alonzo: K. [12:52:56] NashT: It has the information about the campaigns, what we do, what we're not doing right now, and how are we doing it. And I want some extra hands on the deck right now to bring more clients. We have a crucial timing right now. We need to get clients from marketing by the end of this month. We need clients. So I'm I I wanna bring more help in here, to get this going. And you, Diego, be here to see [12:53:26] NashT: And analyze and make sure there is nothing stopping us, nothing is slowing us down. And you're gonna be the mediator, basically, making sure that everything is moving forward. If, you know, Facundo needs something. Does, Federico needs something? Is Sofia needing something right now? I'm worried to move, the ship or not. Please, get together. Have a have a I I would say right now, have a a call, a transcript call [12:53:56] NashT: And go over a a plan. What what's what's gonna happen? What are we doing? So let's say, Federico stays here for one week. Right? Full on, assisting with marketing with cold emails is his main thing or maybe anything else that can benefit the team. Right? What are those things? That's the first thing you wanna find out, right, in these phone calls. This is an interview type of, you know, getting a feel on on what's happening. And then how [12:54:26] NashT: Can we implement this? What would be the steps to implement? What would be the schedule of implementation? How long this is gonna take? Have a transcript phone call on Zoom between all of you guys, and and let's see. Maybe he has few things, few ideas. Let's see what he has. He has some experience in marketing. So let's let's dive in in his brain and see what we'll get. And, maybe we'll learn one thing. Maybe we don't learn anything. It doesn't matter. We're gonna try it. That's the vision. That's [12:54:56] Facundo Medina: Okay. Sounds good, Mark? No problem. I've just been talking to Fred for a little bit. He told me about his experience. Yeah. It's fine. I understand what he what he what he was doing opening markets and all that. Yeah. Yeah. I I I get him. I get him. I know where he where he's coming from. [12:54:56] NashT: What I I wanna do here. Sounds good? You you on board? Sofia, you on board with this? Yeah. So let's let's go ahead and you guys work together right now. All of you, get an [12:54:56] Diego Alonzo: Okay. Sounds good. Sounds good. Okay. Yeah. [12:55:27] NashT: Transcript, make a plan. How the question is, how do we bring five new carriers? You know what I mean? How marketing can bring five carriers in two weeks? You know? What would be the steps? Or maybe, you know, in thirty days. Thirty days, it's already, like, I'm already past due. But, you know, how can we bring two carriers in in two weeks? You know what I mean? That or give me, like, two or go for the magic number of three. What can we do? What can we add? How can we do that? Because [12:55:56] NashT: Right now, permitting has, capacity of an extra, like, you know, over a 100% of, capacity right now. Just, people just waiting for orders. We're just waiting for orders most of the time. Not much going on. It's just I have a full room of guys. They're practicing and waiting for orders, but they're not getting no orders, though. So because we don't have enough work. Makes sense? So I have a lot a high capacity of [12:56:26] Diego Alonzo: Okay. Alright. Sounds good, man. Thank you for [12:56:27] NashT: Available workforce and and permitting that we can execute things, but we don't have the work. So that's why, Diego, I want you to stay here. Also, be a part of this project, try to free up some of the time, work together. It's gonna be a big marketing team here that you guys gonna work for the next week, as intense as possible, as many ideas as possible, as many angles as possible. And let's get it let's get it rolling. [12:56:56] NashT: So let's go ahead. Send the link. Send the link. You guys all join. Bounce the ideas. What can we do? What can we add? What can we adjust? And we're there to get some more stuff. Facundo, please make sure you explain every single campaign what are we doing right now. So start with Facundo explaining what do we got, or maybe we'll start with Federico. He first he tells us what he did, how he did it, where he worked, what kind of knowledges he has, what kind of experience he has related to marketing. Then we [12:56:57] Diego Alonzo: Including me. Yeah. [12:57:26] NashT: Go Facundo goes and says, what are we doing for the permits right now? What do we have running? What do we don't have running? What's the plan? What's the strategy? What is the plan for the next two weeks? Right? And then we're going there. Can we add anything else in these two weeks of the plan? Do we have any additional ideas? Is there anything that Facundo can execute for the next week side by side with Facundo Federico with on the side by side with Facundo to to maybe open a different channels [12:57:56] NashT: Has the spreadsheet with all the carriers and so on and so on. There is you guys have the spreadsheet from FMCSA with all the carriers or not? The big one? The one? Okay. Good. Now in in those zones, you have the type of materials they're carrying. So it's an interstate, and the various type of materials that they carry let me let me hold up. FMCSA. [12:58:26] NashT: Safer, Truman Inc. So I'll give you the the, the things that are crucial to sort who is the potential client for the, for permitting. Right? So if they have [12:58:56] NashT: Oh, construction. Okay. Farm supplies. Yes. And for utilities, chemicals. Okay. So I'm gonna copy this, and I'm [12:59:26] NashT: I'm gonna put it in here. In the in the chat thing, in the marketing room chat. So the first two are mandatory. Right? Interstate and authorized for hire. Okay? This is the first filter. You guys seeing the picture that I posted there in comments? Discord. So the first two are mandatory. Now the other ones, the cargo the cargo thing is gonna tell us if they [12:59:56] NashT: Do oversized loads. Like, any of these check marks, it means they do oversized loads. Any of this check mark, any of this that they have in their in their in their profile, it means that they are potential client for oversized loads. The the more check marks they have, the more higher the percentage of of the [12:59:56] Diego Alonzo: Yeah. Like, metal sheets, mobile homes, machinery, you mean that agricultural farm supplies construction. Okay. Okay. [13:00:27] NashT: A a perfect match. You know what I mean? So you have one check mark. It's gonna match, but they're not gonna have that many loads. The more check marks they have, the more loads they're gonna have. That makes sense? Now that spreadsheet that Fukundo has from the FMCSA, it has all that information, including the emails, including the commodity, and the number of trucks. So now you can, know, exactly how many trucks they have, [13:00:56] Facundo Medina: Sounds good. The big one? The one? Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. [13:00:56] Diego Alonzo: Yes. Yes. Okay. Alright. [13:00:56] NashT: How how how juicy is that client potential client, basically. So I think that we can we can we can sort through the through the list first, create separate them, split them, take them apart, see who are those guys, who are these companies that are the best match for us, have that list, and then start working on the cold emails and, try to get them onboarded. Simple as that. [13:01:26] Diego Alonzo: We'll have a conversation about this. [13:01:26] NashT: And then from there, maybe we can find more information. Maybe we have, what's his name? We can we can, we can include them in our ads so they get to see our ads, the owners of those emails. We can dig a little bit deeper into the ownership of the company, into the secretary of state, and we can get the actual address and everything for the owner and and the address for the, you know, the managers of the company. Maybe we [13:01:56] NashT: Can we can print some flyers and send some flyers. You know what I mean? Maybe we can mail something to them. Maybe, you know, we we have a special a special deal on the flyer, and I put it in envelopes and just send it to the to the company owner. Send it to his home address. Like, let's think outside the box. We need some more clients technically because the the one thing that I don't wanna do, I don't wanna implode with too many people hired and not enough work for them. [13:02:26] Diego Alonzo: Just one question, Nas, regarding that last point that that you just said. You as a company owner, how often do you see flyers on the mail? How often do you pay attention to them? Like Mhmm. [13:02:26] NashT: My mailbox, I don't get, like, so far when I was working on the ETL, we were getting stuff. Right? And anything that comes inside in the mailbox ends up on my table anyway. Now my choice to do something with it or not is my choice, but it gets in my hand. It was always coming into my hand, and I was looking at it. What is this shit? Okay. Do I need it? No. [13:02:56] Diego Alonzo: Okay. So retention is the issue. Yeah. [13:02:58] NashT: But it was always there in my hand. So as as not everybody's doing it, it's it's a little bit more effort. I've seen a business that what you know what they do? They have a machine that does the handwriting, and they do customized handwriting for, hey, John. I see your company. Blah blah. I mean, the people are getting creative because one contract for me, one carrier for me, it's a [13:03:26] NashT: It's it's important. Each carrier is important. So if you let's say we sort and I have, you know, companies that have 20 plus trucks and they have four or five check marks from from the cargo. Right? They have four check marks. Like, I I rather pay $10 per postcard and have it more customized for him and say, hey. I'll do this and that for you. I I rather to pay a little bit extra for those guys and just send them some some cards. You know? Maybe, you know, customized for them [13:03:56] NashT: Saying that we we wanna work with you or give me a call or this or that. I can put my phone number in there because if it gets into the office and somebody reads that and they they they wanna call, this is a decision maker. This is not the the random guy calling. You know what I mean? So now the email, anybody that has access to that email accounting, the fleet manager, or wherever, like, in safety, there is a bunch of people that get access to that email. Not necessary [13:04:26] Diego Alonzo: Yes. Of course. Okay. Okay. [13:04:26] NashT: They're interested to open that or take any action. You know what I mean? Now the mail, it goes basically to the decision makers. It goes to accounting where it goes to the management. It's not to a random dispatcher in the in the building picks up the mail. So the idea, Diego, maybe you are the one that's thinking how do we have physical deliveries. Federico is [13:04:56] NashT: About cold emails. And, Facundo is with the social media and stuff like that. But you guys have to work together and just be, like like, a a big team that's pushing really hard right now for the permits. Extremely hard. The permits are the ones that they will they need to break the ice because they we are under the ice over there, and we're drowning. So we need we need some. [13:04:56] Diego Alonzo: Mhmm. Okay. Yes. That was my next question. Is this going to be for permits and safety, or permits only or safety only? [13:05:26] Diego Alonzo: So just okay. [13:05:26] NashT: Only. I need you guys full focus on permits for full week. I wanna see what can we do in one week with a strong team of three people in here and just working as a team. And, obviously, Sofia, she is doing the the digital work. I mean, she's she's here to do her part. She's doing the safety stuff. She's doing videos and this and that, which basically has no interference, no big interference with what do you you know, with with the mailing or or cold emails. But still, you [13:05:57] NashT: Yeah. So, yeah, three of you guys on on permit. Sofia with safety, and Sofia is helping with the content. And then you guys have Asia for the for the design. Or from which campaign? Well, the email can have a landing [13:05:58] Facundo Medina: Oh, you know, the parameters How how are we going to measure I mean, it sounds good. How are we going to measure if we are getting results or not? From all the efforts that we are going to do, email, social [13:06:26] Diego Alonzo: Okay. Okay. Maybe. Sounds good. [13:06:27] NashT: Page, and the landing page can, can actually we we can request the developer to have a way to, have a name to the form so we can see where that subscription came from. And those landing pages will have, some tracking data, right, from the analytics to see if that works or not. From the phone calls, Diego can easily create a I can get myself a Zoom call number and have that number for them to call directly [13:06:56] RamzaTreets: Yes. Yes. [13:06:56] Diego Alonzo: Yeah. I mean, like, from from my point of view, you'll get [13:06:56] NashT: To me. And the just have that Zoom running. And anytime when somebody calls, I know it's it's from the mailing campaign. And and if we'll convert them, I am gonna we're gonna be transparent. Okay. This come from the phone call. This came from that from here. The question is, can we get one to convert? That's the that's the big question. How [13:07:26] Diego Alonzo: Results depending on the type of campaign that that we are running. So it's different KPIs for the different efforts here. So maybe we shouldn't be doing a lot of stuff at the same time, maybe trying two or three at one time and see how it goes. But we have a week. And and and I can say to you, like, a week, it's it's a good challenge, but maybe we can create a strong foundation. But getting clients in one week, I see [13:07:56] Facundo Medina: Okay. Like, they see I think they should know we have, four landing pages. One in English, one in Spanish, another in [13:07:56] NashT: Yeah. I'm setting what do you mean? We we've been doing this. Diego, we've been doing this. Marketing was working on that already for a long time. It's not like we're starting something new. Like, the the that's why you guys need to get on the on the transcript so you guys so everybody's on the on the page so everybody knows what's going on. [13:07:57] Diego Alonzo: That as a little bit unrealistic because we we still need to figure out our voice in every channel. And I'm talking about, for exam yes. Oh, okay. So we have some stuff. Okay. [13:08:26] Diego Alonzo: Sure. Okay. Okay. Sounds good. [13:08:26] NashT: So, guys, get get on a get on a transcript. But the idea I wish we had this going already. But the idea is one guy is focused on physical mail. One guy is focused on cold emails, and, Facundo is focused on on the social and and ads and all this. [13:08:26] Facundo Medina: The landing distance yesterday yesterday, we started doing that. So there's going to be some underlying things that we are already doing. [13:08:56] NashT: So, yeah, go ahead. Start and start with first, it goes with Federico telling about his skills. And then, Fukundo, second goes about what do we have going on so far, and what kind of results do we have, and what are we doing, how we do it right now. Then you guys go from there. Awesome. Thank you, guys. Go go get them. Go get them. Talk to you. Bye. [13:08:56] Diego Alonzo: Sounds good. I just sent the Zoom link for you guys to join. We are ready to start if yeah. [13:09:26] Diego Alonzo: Alrighty. See you on Zoom. By the way, the Zoom link is here on the chat on the Marketing Room, just so you know, if you can find it. [13:11:06] Diego Alonzo: Está, Fede, ¿cómo estás? Ah, ya va, también. [13:11:06] RamzaTreets: Perfect. [13:11:06] Facundo Medina: Okay. And you [14:24:26] NashT: Federico, you here? Can you join this sync? I need Federico for a little bit. [14:24:29] RamzaTreets: Hi, Nash. Sorry. Okay. ============================================ Ended : 2026-04-16 23:59:20 Duration : 14h 19m 12s Speakers : 4 Segments : 63
